Song of the Day 2.24.12

I love old psychedelic rock from the 1960s. There was so much obscurity about it that made it awesome. Bands like Pink Floyd and The Rolling Stones were starting off well. And then bands like The Beatles and The Grateful Dead were leading the way with the psychedelic movement. One band that I really like from this time are The Electric Prunes. They have a unique sound that to me if you listen closely (especially in tonight's song) has a little punk rock flair to it. Maybe I'm just hearing things. I don't know. But what I do know is that tonight I give you The Electric Prunes with I Had Too Much To Dream Last Night
